This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. Crime No.95 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent, 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.94 of 2019 has been conducted and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sivagangai on 23.06.2021. He would further submit that the final report has not been taken on file.

4. In view of the above submission that final report has been filed before the court, this petition is disposed of. However, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrte No.2, Sivagangai to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9153 of 2021 process the final report and take the same on file within 3 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A compliance report shall be sent to this court.
