Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PUGALENDHI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for R1, the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on these petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3814 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.243 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the lower Court on every hearing dates.
