Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent dated 20.12.2013 in Po2/10212197/3/RO212197 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal consequently directing the 1st respondent to disburse the deduction amount deducted from the monthly pension of the petitioner and disburse the monthly pension to the petitioner without deducting the 5% of personal pay which was paid to the petitioner as per the G.O.Ms.No.664 (Finance) dated 24.08.1992.
