ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to cancel renewal of tender granted if any, in favour of the fourth respondent and a consequential direction to the third respondent to conduct the public auction following the notification issued by him in Na.Ka.No.5/2025, dated 05.02.2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.S.Selva Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the tender notification, which is under challenge, has been withdrawn. Therefore, the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
