PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order of Fixation of Time Scale passed by the 1st Respondent vide his Proceedings in R.C. No. 57977/ 2018/ PMCT-1, dated 28.01.2019 in so far as the 1/4

Clause with regard to regularization and fixation of Pay Scale applicable to the Junior Clerk / Junior Assistant instead of the Lecturer in the Respondents Institution of Co-operative Management, alone is concerned and consequential Impugned Pay Fixation Order of the 2nd Respondent vide his Proceeding in R.C.No. 2683/ 2018/C, dated 28.02.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 to fix the Petitioners Time Scale of Pay applicable to the post of Lecturer of Institution of Co-operative Management as per the proceedings of the first respondent in Rc.No.92088/2008/SF3, dated 21.08.2008 with effect from 21.08.2008 with all attendant and monetary benefits within the time frame as fixed by this Court. As against an order of fixation of time scale of pay passed by the Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, Kilpauk, Chennai/the first respondent herein, dated 28.01.2019, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2020. 2/4

2.Today(07.11.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also circulated a letter, dated 04.11.2024 to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
