ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that her husband viz., Vadivel, aged about 40 years went missing from 06.07.2021 and that his whereabouts are not known.

2. Today, Mr.L.Pandi [Mobile No.9498198258], Special SubInspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Madurai District, is present.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the compliant given by the petitioner, a case in Kottampatti Police Station Crime No.174 of 2022 has been registered for 'man missing'. During the course of investigation, it came to light that Vadivel is working in a canteen in Thriupur and that he is not willing to meet the petitioner as he had suffered at her hands.

4. Be that as it may, since an FIR has been registered, we direct the Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Madurai District to secure Vadivel and produce him before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melure and intimate to the petitioner and the learned Judicial Magistrate shall pass orders with regard to the custody.
