Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed. He has also produced a copy of the closure report to that effect.
