RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an Interim Direction directing the Respondents No. 1 and 2 to fix my Time Scale of Pay applicable to the Post of Lecturer of Institution of Co-operative Management as per the Proceedings of the 1st Respondent in R.C. No. 92088/2008/SF3, dated 21.08.2008 pending disposal of the above writ petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order of Fixation of Time Scale passed by the 1st Respondent vide his Proceedings in R.C. No. 57977/ 2018/ PMCT-1, dated 28.01.2019 in so far as the Clause with regard to regularization and fixation of Pay Scale applicable to the Junior Clerk / Junior Assistant instead of the Lecturer in the Respondents Institution of Co-operative Management, alone is concerned and consequential Impugned Pay Fixation Order of the 2nd Respondent vide his Proceeding in R.C.No. 2683/ 2018/C, dated 28.02.2019 and quash https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
WMP(MD) No.9587 of 2020 the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 to fix the Petitioner's Time Scale of Pay applicable to the post of Lecturer of Institution of Co-operative Management as per the proceedings of the 1st Respondent in Rc.No.92088/2008/SF3, dated 21.08.2008 with effect from 21.08.2008 with all attendant and monetary benefits within time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.DHAYALAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on instructions, he wants to withdraw this Miscellaneous Petition.
