O R D E R This petition has been filed to directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by the third respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent an enquiry was initiated and during the course of enquiry it reveals that the dispute is regarding to money transaction between the parties. An undertaking was also given by the petitioner that he would settle the entire money on or before 20.04.2023. On the basis of the undertaking, the enquiry was closed.
