JUDGMENT
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Vide order dated 18.07.2025 in W.A(MD)No.1093 of 2025 we had set aside the order dated 26.07.2024 allowing W.P(MD)No.15966 of 2023 filed by the respondent herein. The consequence is that the charge memo issued against the writ petitioner prior to his retirement will hold good. Therefore, in the very nature of things, the order suspending him also will have to be sustained. The order of the learned single Judge is set aside. 2.This Writ Appeal is allowed accordingly.
