For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 170 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.5, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 147, 294(b) and 506(1) of I.P.C, in Crime No.170 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 02.05.2022, at about 03.00 p.m, in respect of construction of the compound wall to the School, trouble has been arisen between the parties and the accused persons alleged to have assaulted and criminally intimidated the defacto complainant. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The only allegation raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases and he has also enclosed the list of the previous cases. Wherein, some of the cases are similar in nature and one 307 IPC case also.

5.The contention on the part of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the wordy quarrel, nothing has happened. 6.Since bad antecedent is also reported against the petitioner he is not entitled for discretionary relief of anticipatory bail and the petitioner may surrender before the respondent police and get regular bail.

6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
