ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the existing Auto stand at MaduraiRamanathapuram National Highways to be shifted to some other place. The petitioner's grievance is that the Auto stand is located in front of his complex. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 08.04.2015.

3.I am of the view that it is for the local authority to decide the place, where an Auto stand should be located. A joint decision would be taken by the local authority and the traffic police in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regard. It is not for this Court to issue any direction in this matter.
