O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct fair and proper enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2025 and to pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the fifth respondent in respect of forging the documents before the fourth respondent on 30.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that they received the representation from the petitioner and the same will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. There is a dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, who is none other than the brother of the petitioner.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the fifth respondent, is inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the fifth respondent before the fourth respondent on 30.03.2025, no action was taken. The fourth respondent also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry.

6. Therefore, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.03.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.
