Respondents Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary actions to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2015 not to make the petitioner's son as a culprit and further direct the respondents 1 to 7 not to bother the petitioner's family under the guise of unnecessary enquiry.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner is not present. The sixth respondent official is present. She states that the petitioner has been acquitted in Crime No.239 of 2014 registered on the file of the sixth respondent police station. However, theft case registered against the petitioner is pending on the file of the seventh respondent police station. In matters such as this, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
