ORDER

Invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition, seeking a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the averments made in the grounds of the Civil Revision Petition. No Notice is issued to the respondent, since the Order, which I am going to pass in this Civil Revision Petition, would not be prejudicial to her.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2014 was filed in the year 2014 and the same is being periodically adjourned without assigning any valid reason. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present Civil Revision Petition.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice, the learned Sub Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, is hereby directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2014, after following the related procedural laws, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity to both parties.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
