This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 68 days in filing this appeal.
2. The second and third respondents have been served with notice and their names have also been printed in the cause list.
3. Mr.V.Sakthivel, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent.
4. The first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
6. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
7. Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.V.Sakthivel, learned counsel for the second respondent at the time of listing the appeal for admission.
