Respondents COMMON PRAYER : Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent police to withdraw the investigation in respect of Crime Nos.107 and 112 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or to any other competent investigation agency, for further investigation and submit a report within a time frame. In both petitions For Petitioner : Mr.G.Mariappan For R-1 to R-4 : Mr.S.Chandrasekar Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER Both the Criminal Original Petitions have been preferred by one Ramiah, who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.112 of 2020 and accused in Crime No.107 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent Police Station.

Through these criminal original petitions, he has seeking the direction to the first respondent police to withdraw the investigation in respect to Crime Nos.107 and 112 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to any other competent Officer, not below the rank of Inspector of Police, for proper investigation.

3.Today, when the petitions are came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred crime numbers already investigation has been completed on 03.06.2020 itself and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these criminal original petitions are disposed of, as no further order is required.
