ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the letter received from Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.13021/1 dated 26/12/2018 and the grounds of petition, affidavit filed in support thereof and upon appearing of Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner this court made the following order:- By order dated 19.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.57/2017, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.13021/1 dated 26.12.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 19.07.2018 made in this revision.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this matter, trial has been completed and written submissions have been filed. 4.Considering the above, one month time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 19.07.2018.
