O R D E R

The petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order passed by the first respondent dated 25.06.2021 in this writ petition.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned suspension order was issued only for a period of three months. It is also represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this Court had granted interim stay of operation of the impugned suspension order and by virtue of the same, the petitioner was reinstated into service.

3. Since the petitioner has been reinstated into service and the period of suspension is only for a period of three months, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

4. After recording the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
