When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous since the temple festival has already concluded peacefully and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
