Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 o 3 to conduct the Temple Festival of Arulmigu Umaiyanagiamman Temple situated at S.Tharaikudi Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District function after electing the new Board of Trustees or by the HR and CE Department in the light of representation dated 01.08.2017.
ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SAATHEESHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.AK.BHASKARAPANDIAN, Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4, this Court made the following order:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. An endorsement has also been made to the said effect.
