3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners pointed out that the respondent herein has stolen away 60 sovereigns of Gold jewels from the matrimonial home. In the said circumstances, she is not entitled to get any maintenance.

4. Considering the arguable points raised by the petitioners herein, interim stay of the operation of the judgment dated 17.04.2018 in Criminal Appeal No.13 of 2017 on the file of the second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, confirming https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
