Order : his petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for their surrender by another 15 days in Crl.OP(MD)No.8959 of 2022, dated 11.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since there are totally 5 persons, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8959 of 2022 dated 11.05.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6241 of 2022 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.8959 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
