J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) This Writ Appeal is directed against the interim order granted by the learned Single Judge in W.M.P.(MD) No.8244 of 2021 in W.P.(MD)No.10588 of 2021, dated 25.06.2021. 2.Admittedly, the Writ Petition and the Stay Petition are pending before the learned Single Judge. We are informed that the Writ Petition is posted on 12.07.2021. Therefore, if the appellants are aggrieved, they ought to have approached the learned Single Judge with a prayer for vacating the interim order. Hence, we are not entertaining this Writ Appeal. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellants to file the counter affidavit and seek for vacating the interim order, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
