RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension of time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai in pursuance of the order passed by this Honourable court in Crl.M.P.No.3741/2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 2691/2021 dated 19/05/2021 in connection with the case in Crime No.22/2020 on the file of the respondent.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3741 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2691 of 2021 dated 19.05.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is feeding the new born child hence she is unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.4559 of 2021 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation this petition is allowed and the time for producing the sureties is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
