ORDER

The respondents 1 to 3 herein filed Pauper O.P No.1 of 2013. The court below by order dated 10.06.2016, allowed the same. Thereafter, it has been numbered as O.S No.49 of 2016. It appears that the trial also commenced. At this point of time, the question of interfering with the order allowing the Pauper O.P does not arise.

2.This Court is of the view that this is a matter that concerns only the court and the Government. The revision petitioner herein is only the second defendant. He cannot have any say in the matter. He also cannot be said to be a person aggrieved. The order passed by the court below is sustained. The court below is directed to expedite the disposal of the suit and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
