ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard Mr.V.Santhakumaresan, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the official respondents.
3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent has forwarded the complaint to Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Madurai, and therefore, there is no harassment at the hands of the official respondents, as alleged. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, this order will not stand in the way of the petitioners to approach this Court, at later stage, if necessary arises.
