O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR,J) The averments at para No.4 of the supporting affidavit indicate that the petitioner as the Secretary of Arulmigu Ulagamman Udannurai Kasivisvanathar Thirukovil Arupaththumoovar Sivanadiyar Trust and for the protection of the Temple, has filed a pro bono publico litigation.

2. As private interest is reflected in the supporting affidavit, when we posed a question to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the writ petition should be disposed of on that ground or he would like to withdraw the writ petition to move the learned Single Judge, Mr.V.Rajv Rufus, learned counsel for the petitioner opted for the latter.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
