In view of the innocuous relief which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to expedite the disposal of the the appeal in A.S.No.23 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Court for PCR Act Cases, Thanjavur, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondents on the following terms:
(i)The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge for PCR Act Cases, Thanjavur, is requested to take up the appeal in A.S.No.23 of 2021 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
