ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.144 of 2015 within a stipulated time limit.

2.Heard Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the case in Crime No.144 of 2015, under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(i) IPC, was filed as early as on 13.03.2015, before the respondent, so far, final report was not filed before the concerned Magistrate and therefore, prays for appropriate directions.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry is pending and he seeks one month time to submit the final report before the concerned Magistrate.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to submit the final report pertaining to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case in Crime No.144 of 2015, before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
