Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner seeks sub division and issuance of individual patta in his name in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3.The learned Government Advocate states that the petitioner failed to produce relevant documents such as legal heir certificate. The petitioner has given a representation dated 18.04.2013. 4.The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry in this regard and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
