Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5433 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 to the effect that the petitioner may be directed by this Hon'ble Court to appear before learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Nagercoil on 10.30.a.m. until further orders. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 6759/ 2023 :
To extend the time limit as granted by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5433 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SOLAISAMY.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6758 of 2023 has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5433 of 2023, dated 23.03.2023 to the effect that the petitioner may be directed by this Court to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Nagercoil on 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6758 of 2023 has been filed to extend the time limit as granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5433 of 2023, dated 23.03.2023.

CRL OP(MD) No.5433 of 2023 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Nagercoil at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
