O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.26 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Musiri Police Station, Trichy District, to CBCID Independent Agency to conduct further investigation.

2.The case was registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 9(1), 19, 10, 21(2) of POCSO Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that without verifying the Duty Register, the investigation has been undertaken by the respondent. 3.Perusal of CD file shows that most part of the investigation is over. Statement of the victim has also been recorded. Because of the above said false case one of the Class Teacher has also committed suicide. Let the above said document, which is enclosed along with the typed set of paper be furnished to the respondent herein. Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and produce the document which are available with him, So that they can taken into account by the third respondent, who is the Investigating Officer. Since most of the 2/4

investigation has been completed, there is no question of transfer of investigation. Let the investigation be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
