The grievance of the petitioner is that the petition mentioned construction is being carried on in his patta lands. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the third respondent Tahsildar has filed a report stating that only in the Government land, the wall was constructed and that, no construction has been made on the petitioner's patta lands. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
