ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 506 (i) I.P.C in Crime No.160 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent and the learned counsel for the defacto complainant.

3.It is obvious that a very substantial sum has been credited to the petitioner's account by the defacto complainant. There is nothing on record to show that the said amount was returned. entitled to grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
