O R D E R This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to comply with the direction made in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5523 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul dated 14.03.2023 by registering the petitioner's complaint within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in Crime No.41/2023 was registered against this petitioner on 22.01.2023 under Section 417 and 420 of IPC, on the basis of the complaint given by one Kayalvizhi. Now the petitioner has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2565 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023. Arraying Kayalvizhi and others as accused, a petition has been filed in Crl.M.P.No.5523 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, seeking direction, and that was ordered on 14.03.2023, after the registration of the FIR against this petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is pending and the same will be concluded within a month and a report be filed before the concerned Court. 2/4

4. Let the petitioner appear before the respondent and co-operate with the enquiry and comply the conditions imposed on the petitioner, to co-operate with the respondent to complete the investigation.

5. With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
