PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the learned District and Session Court cum Special Court for PCR Act Cases, Tenkasi District, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day on merit relating to Crime No.10 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in crime No.10 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to to direct the learned District and Session Court cum Special Court for PCR Act Cases, Tenkasi District, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the same day of surrender in crime No.10 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
