ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass and other police to harass the same complaint and based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.04.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a brokerage transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent. Both of them given a complaint and counter complaint against each other. During the course of enquiry, they have given an undertaking that they would resolve the issues with themselves. Based on the undertakings given by the parties, both the complaints were closed.
3.Recording the said submissions, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 25.04.2023 NCC:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No PNM 2/4
