ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the third respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that they have not harassed the petitioner. In fact, the petitioner only lodged a complaint, based on which a case in Cr.No.732 of 2023 has been registered. The accused got anticipatory bail before the Court below. The petitioner has filed an application under RTI as to whether the accused is complying the conditions imposed by the Court below. For his application, the third respondent Police has issued summon and the same has been misunderstood by the petitioner and this petition has been filed.
