: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders dated 18.08.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1805 of 2017, on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai and the Government Order in G.O.No.SR III/1039-1/2017, dated 13.08.2017 and modify the same insofar as the condition of confinement of the detenu in the Special Camp for Foreigners and to direct the respondents herein to produce body and person of the detenu, namely, Harizh Raam [Harizh] @ Prakash, S/o.Gunaseelan, aged about 22 years, who is confined under the third respondent before this Court and consequently permit the detenu to remain at Regular Camp for Refugees or at his sister's house at Trichy for his treatment.
