O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 to 7 for job racketeering through representation dated 29.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they received the representation from the petitioner and the same is under consideration. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of one week. 2/5

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 7, is inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 to 7 through representation, dated 29.03.2025 and the third respondent also admitted the receipt of the representation from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry.

6. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

7. With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
