ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned order dated 26.03.2018 and consequential direction to the first respondent to approve her permanent absorption in the second respondent Society as Clerk Cum Secretary (in charge).

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is to quash the order passed in the Review Petition dated 26.03.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that ultimately, an order came to be passed by the Government, by considering the representation of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority with a fresh representation seeking to absorb her in service.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation enclosing all the required documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such filing, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the authority concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
