O R D E R This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.711 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.711 of 2022, which was registered on the file of the second respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within four months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
