O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, Agila Indhiya Makkal Marumalarchi Kalagam, Trichy, sent a complaint against one Srinivasan through representation dated 27.03.2025, to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the copy of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2025 and the petitioner's representation is under consideration. The same will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of 15 days. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation and the same is under consideration before the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2025 and dispose of the same 2/4

within a period of 15 days from the date of this order in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
