O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 to 7 in respect of forging the documents through representation, dated 02.04.2025, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that earlier the petitioner sent a 2/5

complaint and they assigned CSR No.133 of 2025 and the same was closed after enquiry. Again, for the same set of allegations, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 04.02.2025 and the same is pending for enquiry. However, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within one a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the respondents 4o 7, is inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5.According to the petitioner, he sent a representation, dated 02.04.2025 to take action against the respondents 4 to 7 before the third respondent, but no action was taken. The third respondent also admitted receipt of the representation. According to the third respondent, for the same set of allegations they conducted the enquiry and closed the CSR No.133 of 2025.

6. Since the representation of the petitioner is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2025 and 3/5

dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

7. With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
