O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to provide financial assistance to the petitioner under the scheme Green House with Solar Energy Scheme by considering his representations dated 23.01.2013 and 10.02.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he has made representations dated 23.01.2013 and 10.02.2014 to the respondents

to provide financial assistance to him under the scheme, namely, "Green House with Solar Energy Scheme" and though the same were duly forwarded by the Project Director to the 2nd respondent herein vide proceedings dated 12.03.2014 for positive action, no decision has been taken by the 2nd respondent on the representations of the petitioner till date.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the applications / representations of the petitioner dated 23.01.2013 and 10.02.2014 in line with the proceedings of the Project Director dated 12.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
