This Civil Revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif (Rent Control Authority), Madurai town, to expedite and complete the proceedings in R.C.O.P.No.183 of 2015 on the file of the Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif), Madurai Town and dispose the same within a time frame.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Rent Controller, Madurai Town, to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.183 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
