For R1 : Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR CANCELLATION ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To cancel the order of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3 in Crl.M.P.No.2042 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy on 23.06.2021 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to cancel the order of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in Crl.M.P.No.2042 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy on 23/06/2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case registered against the respondent Nos.2 and 3 is serious in nature and the investigation is at preliminary stage. He further submits that the first respondent did not recover either cash or the chain that has been robbed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3, during the occurrence and if the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are released on anticipatory bail, there is a chance that they will tamper the evidence.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is still pending.

4. This Court is not satisfied with the grounds raised by the petitioner in this petition. Since there is no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in Crl.M.P.No.2042 of 2021, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
