This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.424 of 2021 and to file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court. 1/3
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a case has been registered in the year 2021 in Crime No.424 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 under the provision of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937.
3. It is submitted that in spite of taking more than two years, charge sheet could not be filed and that the petitioner is being harassed. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand, submits that the Department has just received a Breath Analyzer Report from the laboratory and by enclosing them, they would file a final report within a short time. The same is recorded.
4.
