ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b). 323, 355 and 506(1) IPC in Crime No.191 of 2018, filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.This Court took the view that the conduct of the petitioners is such that the same can be condoned only if they go in person to the hospital in question and express their apologies to the person concerned. It appears that the second petitioner herein along with others who have been implicated in the F.I.

R but without being named went to the hospital. The second petitioner was waiting outside the hospital. But, others went inside to meet the doctor to express their apologies as per the Court direction. It appears that the doctor panicked and informed the police who came and arrested all the five persons. The second petitioner therefore ran away from the spot. It is unfortunate that the police have not properly handled the situation. It appears that the other five persons are to be remanded. 3.This Court by this order directs the respondent police to grant station bail to all the five arrested persons. The said arrested persons shall be released on their own bond. No sureties need to be taken from them. Hence, the petitioners herein are granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Magistrate, Manamadurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners herein and the above said five persons shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. They shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously and appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands dismissed.
